Navigate Through Tables

 Assume you have a big table of data on a worksheet and you want to easily move through it without going beyond its boundaries. Here’s a way to do that: first you select the region of cells you want to set as the table. Press [Enter] to move vertically downwards. Pressing [Shift] + [Enter] will let you move vertically upwards.  Similarly, [Tab] will move horizontally across to the right, and [Shift] + [Tab] will do the opposite: move to the left. Moving to and from to each extreme end of the table—the corners—can be done by pressing the [Ctrl] + [.]
